Hi, I'm Vidhi
I've always been fascinated by the way visuals can make ideas click.
My journey as an illustrator began in 2020 in India, where I spent years working with clients around the world, creating custom artwork, visual stories, and illustrations that helped bring their ideas to life. What started as a creative passion soon turned into a thriving freelance career, allowing me to collaborate with people, brands, and organizations across different industries and cultures.
In many ways, I've been drawing my way through life ever since. From sketching ideas on paper to helping businesses communicate visually, drawing has always been how I make sense of the world and connect with others.
Along the way, I discovered something exciting: I didn't just enjoy drawing ideas, I loved capturing them as they happened. That's when I began exploring visual recording, the art of listening to conversations and transforming them into engaging, real-time visuals. Watching people light up when they saw their discussions take shape on a page was a game changer for me.
In 2025, I moved to Canada and expanded my focus from illustration into live graphic recording and visual facilitation. Today, I help organizations, event planners, educators, nonprofits, and businesses turn conversations into visuals that people can see, remember, and act on through my creative practice, The Visual Factory.
Whether I'm sketching live during a conference, capturing insights from a workshop, or creating a custom illustration, my goal is always the same: to help people connect with ideas in a way that feels clear, engaging, and memorable. When I'm not drawing, you'll probably find me collecting inspiration from everyday conversations, exploring new creative techniques, or filling yet another sketchbook with ideas.
Because at the end of the day, I believe every great conversation deserves to be seen.
Turning your words into visuals.
